2. Gaps House Chiang Mai  – Bed&Breakfast, WiFi, Tour Counter

I’ve stayed there once, I fell in love with the old teak wooden house and a rustic-feel-like-home in a secluded garden. The ambience was perfect for everyone who need some peace and quiet after a long trip out of town from trekking or even a walk along Sunday Market, Chiang Mai Walking Street (Thanon Kon Duen) or even a massive night out.

The breakfast: Standard breakfast, coffee, fruit juice, toasts and 2 eggs of your choice (Scrambled or Omelet) what I like the most about the Gap’s House is that the whole setting and decoration were all vintage and that rustic vibes. Not to mention even the tableware for breakfast; the wooden plate and vintage flower coffee cup just got me hooked!

Price Range: Please visit the website or walk-in for more information and room viewing. Another issue that I must mention; noise is another factor to be considered. It is inevitable for the old wooden house to have no sound unless soundproofed.

Note: Room Rate starting from 550 THB onwards and Gap’s House Do NOT Accept reservation but walk-in only.

The weather in Chiang Mai has been very nice, warm during the day and a little colder in the night. Ever since Loy Krathong Festival is over, human traffic in Chiang Mai seems to be a little more settled. It is still quite busy though as it is high season and everyone from around the world of course would like to experience the great deals Chiang Mai has to offer.

My next post will be on Wine and Dining, Bars and Night Life around town.

So Stay tuned!

Until Next Post xoxo
